About Us

The artwork currently depicted here reflects the world in watercolors as seen through the eyes of Glenn Tunstull. This will include images as diverse as Salvador, Bahia in Brazil, Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Provence in the south of France, Sag Harbor on New York's Long Island and Paris, France. Each image is an original watercolor painting that has been created on the location and is available for purchase as originals or made to order prints.

Tunstull has explored various mediums and styles in an effort to satisfy the creative aesthetic that exists within him. "The primacy, Constancy and fluidity of water have always attracted me", said Tunstull. "the voices of all time are present in this flow of water." A plethora of colors from cobalt blue to mint green to magenta creates a semblance of the beauty that can only exist in nature.

Why Buy our Art?

Collectors of Tunstull's work can be a special type of art connoisseur. Those that appreciate art that "moves and transports them", and encourages them to relax and venture to places, within and without, that connotate "light, shadow, peace and love ." A simultaneous tranquility can and does exists within the busiest moments of our lives, and it is those moments that are captured in Tunstull's art. The sense of reflection and the motion of water, in many of the paintings, are of particular appeal to those who are also reflective in thought and comtemplative in actions.

Practical Information on our Product

Giclee Prints

The French word “Giclée” (pronounced zhee-clay) translates in English to “spraying of ink”. Gicée prints are high-resolution digital reproductions of original artwork using sophisticated printers that spray tiny droplets of ink onto media such as watercolor papers, canvas and other substrates. The Giclée process provides better color accuracy than any other means of reproduction. Done properly, Giclée prints are hard to distinguish from original artwork. Highly collectable, Giclée prints are an established medium in the fine arts community and are well accepted in museums and galleries around the world. The production of limited edition Giclée prints involves utilizing a combination of the finest inks, papers, canvases, photographic and printmaking equipment with outstanding technical expertise. The artist is involved throughout every phase of the process, overseeing final color consistency, clarity and saturation on each print. They then inspect, sign and number each final piece as an authentic reproduction of their original artwork.

So whether you're selling or buying fine art reproductions, the Giclée process offers a number of valuable benefits. These limited edition prints are not mass-produced. Each one is created individually to satisfy your specific order ensuring the highest quality. More importantly, Giclée prints are outstanding reproductions, virtually indistinguishable from the original. Artists and fine art lovers can bank on our guarantee that the reproductions printed at DRC Publishing are treated with the respect and care that they deserve.

The papers used in this printing process are of the highest quality and are of archival significance. We utilize Hahnemuhle's William Turner 310gsm.
